‘Abdu’l-Bahá with California Bahá’ís at Helen Goodall’s in Oakland

This photograph was taken on the steps of Mrs. Helen Goodall’s house in Oakland, California on 12 October 1912. Seated on the ground in the front row to the right is Mr Kanichi Yamamoto who became the first Japanese Bahá’í in the world in Honolulu in 1902.
