Washington, DC
Agnes Parsons (1861-1934) was a Washington D.C. socialite and devoted Bahá’í whose diary records the events of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá while in the nation’s capitol. She went so far as to have a house built exclusively for ‘Abdu’l-Bahá’s visit. ‘Abdu’l-Bahá was in Washington D.C. from 20-27 April. The date of Mrs. Parson’s photograph is unknown.
