‘Abdu’l-Bahá being driven in His carriage to investiture as a Knight of the British Empire

In recognition of His services to the poor during World War I, during the War years following His teaching journeys in the West, ‘Abdu’l-Bahá was invested as an Honorary Knight of the British Empire. He is here being driven to the Investiture ceremony by his faithful and beloved servant, Isfandiyar.
